From the Santa Cruz Surfboards experimental division we present the GDECK. The Jet pack of surfboards. With a skateboard like kick tail and a cambered platform deck the GDECK's foot positions create more power, control, better angles and comfort in tight turning situations. The GDECK has the same amount of board in different more functional places. This design isn't meant to float any better, but to have a thinner rail with equal volume. The benefits of a thinner rail are that of sensitivity, bite, speed and release. With the GDECK's platform out near the rail, it still has the needed stability to pull black out inducing G-Force.
